Korgan, the cheeky Australian online retailer, has come up with a new ingenious scheme. Sick of supporting old and broken versions of IE they're now adding a "Internet Explorer 7 Tax" to encourage uses to upgrade to a more modern browser.

Hehe awesome. Umm... are they also implementing an IE6 tax? (Or maybe their site simply doesn't work in IE6.) That would be up to 12.9%.

Genius marketing he is charging people in a way anyone can get around, to create a marketing campaign that would cost millions to get the same exposure. Also makes him look more tech savvy. Bravo!
