This has got to be my favorite dish at the cafeteria today.

Those eggs look like they're cooked perfectly down to the very second!

Japan knows how to do eggs. They're really fresh, rich and they prepare them fanatically. Raw eggyolk is often used like a butter to make a dish tastier.
